Return Policy

We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your order.

All item(s) must be returned in NEW / UNUSED condition and in original unopened product packaging. Buyer pays return shipping and must provide a tracking number with insurance.

Jewel City Tools is not responsible for refund if item(s) are lost or damaged during return shipping. All returns should be packed in proper packaging to avoid damage to the item or it original packaging. 

All returns must be issued a RMA number. Please contact Customer Support via email and you will be assigned an RMA number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package to process your return.

A 15% restocking fee may apply.


Shipping

All orders ship within 24 - 48 hours of payment clearing, Monday – Friday.

We ship only to PayPal confirmed addresses.

 

All shipments are processed and shipped from Los Angeles, California.

 

All orders are shipped through UPS / USPS to the 48 contiguous US states only. 

 

We apologize for the inconvenience but we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO Addresses. Orders placed to APO or PO Box addresses will be cancelled.

 

At this time we do not offer international shipping or ship outside of the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
